Residential architecture and design
This residential project was created for an extended family who, excluding the reception rooms, all wanted their own territory. We designed a private parents area with bedroom, bathroom, dressing and sitting room on the top floor. The young children had interconnecting bedrooms, a family bathroom and workspace on the first floor. The main reception rooms; sitting, kitchen, dining, library in the raised ground floor and the lower ground floor served as the older children’s zone — with three bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen, family tv room and their own entrance.
At the back of the house we added a two-storey lightweight extension intended to link and unite the ground and lower floors to the garden. Finally, in a new entrance space created under the building our clients wanted a generous gym space, sauna shower and extra storage.
